Dag Red D aka Bart
Ik heb je al eens aangesproken in de Charlatan een tweetal maand terug... Twas een vrij scheve avond, rond halfvijf in de ochtend, als ik tegen u ben beginnen leuteren. 't Was iets in de zin van "hij ha mij da leeern é Red D" dat ik naar uw kop slingerde. "Schrijf me", was uw antwoord.
Bij deze.
Geen idee wat ik er verder aan doekjes zou rond winden, ik zou dolgraag eens wat tips bij u komen opscharrelen ivm equalizen, mixen, muziekkeuze, mash-ups en dergelijke meer.
Want gij doet dat schitterend.
En ook wou ik u vragen of zaterdag 25 september nog vrij is in uw agenda en hoeveel u ongeveer vraagt voor een set. Moest je nog vrij zijn, zal ik meer info sturen over locatie en foto's van de vorige editie, het is een klein openluchtfeestje in een privé bos tussen de maïsvelden, op het platteland in Zomergem.

A Truley Great Disc Jockey
Red D is truly one of the great djs of our time. His track selection spans time, style, and genres but always consistently stays sound, soulful, and structured. Technically he is one of the best with a true understanding of blending music. He fears not the use of pitch, eq, filters, fx and the knowledge of his record collection as tools to accomplish the job. I can honestly say his sets never cease to amaze me and always inspire me. I am truly proud to have played along side him and to call him my friend. Long live house music and long live Belgian night life. SOLID!
